How does Luna Fitness work?

After a free consultation to discuss options, you will choose one of the three membership packages (bronze, silver, gold.) You will then receive login information for the Luna Fitness app to gain access to workouts, nutritional guides, habit tracking and a chat option for any and all questions. Each week, you will receive personalized workouts and accountability (yes we will be reaching out about your workouts!) Depending on the package, you will be offered check-in calls to further discuss progression throughout the program. In addition, you will have access to guides, video and exclusive content related to your membership. At any point, you have the ability to try an in-person and/or virtual session(s).

Does Luna Fitness offer nutritional services?

Since we do not have a Registered Dietician on hand, we are unable to send specific meal plans. However, since Coach Cici has her nutrition certification, she is able to provide nutritional information related to your goals. Luna Fitness will offer personalized nutritional advice, plus infographics/guides to help you achieve your health and fitness related goals.

What if I don’t have a gym membership or fitness equipment?

The beauty of working with Luna Fitness is no equipment is needed! The workouts will be personalized for YOUR goals, including what equipment you do or don’t have. There are many options to create a bodyweight workout that can still help you reach your goals. We’ll be discussing all of these during our initial consultation call.

Am I able to connect the app with my Fitbit?

Yes! We are able to sync your account with a number of options including:
